This includes Large Quantity Generators, Small Quantity Generators, Transporters of Hazardous Waste, permitted treatment, storage or disposal (TSD) facilities and TSD facilities that are under an Order or a Consent Agreement. (Note: facilities that are Conditionally Exempt Small Quanitity Generators may also be included if they are also a Transporter or TSD facility.) The data is extracted from the EPA RCRAInfo database. The State of North Carolina, Division of Waste Management, Hazardous Waste Section is the implementer of record for this data.
